The DEI committee also created a hiring matrix and demographic metrics to ensure equity in the hiring process from recruitment to interview to onboarding; an employee feedback infrastructure that creates multiple channels for employee input; and a transparency model that includes open meetings, sharing company KPIs, charity matching, and more.

AMO’s efforts around diversity and inclusion have created a workplace where 40 percent of its executives are female, and 42 percent of its team are from historically underrepresented ethnicities.
