Healthcare School Case Studies

UAG logo

UNIVERSIDAD AUTÓNOMA DE GUADALAJARA (MEXICO)

UAG is a medical school with a program in Mexico that requires two years of clinical training at U.S. hospitals. The program has U.S. citizens that accept U.S. federal loans for tuition and require training compliance. AMO arranged direct affiliation agreements between school and hospital sites in Illinois and Florida. AMO provides student services and site operations to UAG and their students at these hospital sites and is recruiting in California and New Jersey.

FIU logo

FLORIDA INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY (U.S.)

A medical school in Florida wanted to attract students to their visiting electives program. AMO pairs FIU with schools and students that match their desired student profile and criteria. AMO delivers the visiting electives and pays FIU for clinical training as revenue to the school.

"AMOpportunities provides a wide range of clinical experiences all over the U.S. as well as the convenience of the clinical telehealth options. I highly recommend their services as I can attest to our experience in working with AMOpportunities and how beneficial it has proven to be for our RUSM graduates over time."

Jennifer Buell, MSHRM, Senior Career Advisor, Ross University School of Medicine

"As many of our students are looking to match for residency in the United States, we were very happy to partner with AMOpportunities. It is good to know we have a trusted relationship with AMOpportunities so that our students can always take advantage of such opportunities when they choose to."

Khatia Khatiashvili, International Projects Coordinator, Tbilisi Medical Academy

"AMO has been very professional in all areas. The students who completed rotations through AMO received an exceptional educational and clinical experience. The AMO team is always available to give webinars to our students to make sure they have all the information they need to make the best decisions available."
