AMOpportunities (AMO), the leader in tech-enabled clinical training placements and healthcare workforce solutions, is proud to announce the appointment of their new Chief Executive Officer, Pradeep Khandelwal, MBA. Khandelwal brings with him deep industry knowledge, decades of experience, and leadership at a pivotal time in the company’s history.  

A Leader for Growth and Innovation

Khandelwal was already supporting AMO as an Adviser on innovation and growth initiatives in key segments of the business. His appointment as CEO is in response to AMO’s business needs rapidly evolving and to position the whole company for greater growth and expansion across healthcare training and education.

With 25 years in healthcare education and business transformation, AMO will be poised to support more institutions and trainees under Khandelwal’s leadership. Prior to AMO, he served as CEO of Evidence in Motion (EIM), a business focused on building innovative healthcare education solutions used by higher education institutions. Khandelwal also held senior leadership roles at Ministry Brands and Elsevier, guiding both companies through periods of meaningful change and stabilization, as well as Deloitte Consulting.

Building upon a Strong Foundation

Pradeep succeeds John Danaher, MD, MBA, who will transition to be the Chair of AMO’s Board. In that role, he will continue to shape the company’s strategy and future. Under Danaher’s leadership, AMO underwent a change in ownership, acquired PreceptorLink, and experienced a period of extraordinary growth.
